On 17th June, Messy Church joined with Stansted Family Café to facilitate a Bouncy Picnic on the Recreation Ground. This free event was primarily intended to be a social event for families who attend Messy Church and/or Stansted Family Café, but  everyone in the village was welcome to attend. In addition to the various inflatables for different age groups (including adults), free hot dogs and soft drinks were provided.  It was an extremely hot day and many families took refuge under the trees to enjoy their picnics.
